Markleyes.com enables users to contribute to the Mark Leyes for Assembly campaign (MLfA). In so doing, markleyes.com collects necessary information in order to process transactions securely and comply with election contribution reporting requirements dictated by state law.

Markleyes.com also enables supporters to voluntarily sign up to get involved with the effort to elect Mark Leyes. Information collected in this capacity will be held for campaign purposes only and will be held securely by the campaign. Markleyes.com will not collect any individual information without your knowledge. An expanded policy statement will be available later.

Markleyes.com does analyze log activity on our Web site for the sole purpose of obtaining aggregate information to provide you a better experience while visiting our site. The information obtained through our logs contains the following aggregate information. All users remain anonymous.

Log file Information:

• How many users visited www.markleyes.com at any given hour, day and month.
• How long users visited.
• What areas of www.Joinarnold.com users visit.
• Most active days of week, month and year.
• Most viewed pages.
• Most viewed/downloaded files.(PDF, RM, Graphics etc.)

We do not know the individual user or any personal information about the user. Unless you opt to give us information, your identity remains anonymous.

Contributions

Contributions to Mark Leyes for Assembly are not tax deductible. Foreign nationals are prohibited from making contributions to this committee, unless they have permanent residency status in the United States of America (a Green Card).

Contributions are limited to $3,200 for the primary election, and $6,400 for the general election from a single source. Spouses may each give $3,200/$6,400 by separate checks, credit card transactions, or internet donations. Mark Leyes is a candidate for California State Assembly/District 68 in March 2004.

Reporting of those who donate to Mark Leyes for Assembly (FPPC ID#1232304)

Mark Leyes for Assembly will report donations and any necessary information in accordance with state election laws to state election officials.
